Molly Dorozenski

Molly Dorozenski is the Vice President of Campaigns and Investigations at Mighty Earth.

With over 15 years of experience leading global teams, she has driven high impact advocacy campaigns and communications initiatives on climate change, democracy, industrial decarbonization, nature protection, and social justice. As a Campaign Director and Regional Managing Director at Change.org, Molly spearheaded record-breaking efforts, including a 20-million-signature petition for Justice for George Floyd and a campaign that persuaded TripAdvisor to report incidents of sexual assault to travelers. During her decade at Greenpeace, she led communications, campaigned on coal and oil, and became the organization’s first Democracy Campaign Director. Most recently, she built the communications team at Industrious Labs. Molly holds a BA in English from Yale University and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
