With a notable career in non-profit development and political campaigns, Justin stands out as an accomplished fundraiser. From November 2020 to December 2023, Justin served as the Director of Development at Humanity Forward (Foundation) in Washington, D.C. Leading the development team, Justin played a pivotal role in implementing major gift development strategies that resulted in increased donor engagement, cultivation, and gift size. This expanded Humanity Forward’s bipartisan efforts on key initiatives like the Child Tax Credit, Paid Family Leave & Workforce Retention, Safeguarding Democracy, and America’s Energy Future.
Before joining Humanity Forward, Justin held key roles in political campaigns, showcasing exceptional leadership. Serving on Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi’s 2020 reelection finance team and acting as Deputy Campaign Manager and Finance Director for Mike Broihier’s Senate campaign in Kentucky, Justin made significant contributions. In roles such as Regional Organizing Director for Yang 2020 and with Democratic Party organizations in Virginia and Wisconsin, Justin underscored their commitment to creating meaningful change, leaving a lasting impact on both nonprofit and political landscapes.
