Jordan McDonald is a Senior Associate at Mighty Earth, where she works at the hub of our global protein campaign.
Prior to joining Mighty Earth, Jordan worked at Rio ESG as a senior sustainability consultant, supporting companies on their ESG strategies, carbon footprinting, setting targets, and environmental disclosures. Before that, Jordan was a technical manager at CDP, where she worked on raising awareness and action on climate change, deforestation and water security issues within the financial sector. She has spoken about these issues at events including World Water Week and COP26. She also has a background in catastrophe risk modelling.
Jordan has an MSci in Geology from Imperial College London and a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Jordan loves spending time outdoors, going to live music events, and quality time with her dog Freddie. She also likes to paint and make candles.
