As Vice President of Programs, Alex oversees Mighty Earth’s global campaigns to protect nature and helps develop new initiatives.
Alex has a bachelor’s degree in history and government from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in political science from Yale University. He has an extensive background in strategic campaigns and communications from his time in electoral politics and previous positions at M+R Strategic Services, SKDKnickerbocker, Oceana, Waxman Strategies, and The Nature Conservancy. He has also served on his city’s Pension Board and Sewer Commission.
Alex lives with his wife and two daughters in Milford, Connecticut, where they enjoy exploring the state’s many parks, museums, and beaches.
